What services do you offer?

How much is a taster session?

Our 30 minute Taster Sessions are free of charge, but are subject to availability.

 

How much are lessons if we sign up? 

£28 for 30 mins​

£48 for 60 mins (subject to availability)

 

How frequent are the lessons? 

Weekly or Bi-weekly.

 

How does payment work? 

Payments - Lesson fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are issued on the 26th of the month, with payment due by the 1st of the following month (providing a 4-day payment window). Payable by bank transfer (BACS).

Do lessons run throughout the School Holidays and Bank Holidays? 

Lessons run throughout the year, apart from a 1 week studio closure at Christmas.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Student Cancellation Notice Periods

Two weeks' notice or more: The lesson can be cancelled and either a refund or a credit towards the following month's fees will be offered.

Less than two weeks' notice: We will endeavour to offer an alternative lesson time within the same calendar month, subject to tutor availability. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, the lesson fee will be forfeited.

Less than 48 hours' notice: The lesson fee will be forfeited, and we are under no obligation to offer or arrange an alternative lesson time.

​

Absences: If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson fee will be forfeited. No refund, credit or replacement lesson will be offered.

Are your tutors DBS checked? 

All tutors are DBS checked.

 

Which Grade school do you use? 

ABRSM, Trinity and Rock School.

 

Do you sell gift cards?

Can I visit the studio?
