We process your personal data when you enter into a contract with The Instrument Factory Limited to become a client. We will use your personal data to deliver your services (providing music tuition and production)

The Instrument Factory staff, accountant and bookkeeper

• Website content and hosting providers including analytics

The organisation does not share personal data of clients, directors, staff or subcontractors with any joint controllers.

Your Personal Data will not be transferred to countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), unless it is held on servers used by cloud-based accountancy and client portal software located outside of the EEA.

The Instrument Factory Limited will retain data for as long as it is needed for the relevant regulatory, assurance and conduct purpose. Specific records may also be retained for other legitimate reasons for example to resolve complaints and disputes and to comply with other legal and oversight obligations.
